Assistant City Manager
Management Services division is under the leadership of Chris Story the City of Spartanburg Assistant City Manager. Management Services comprises several functions which are separated into 7 Divisions. These divisions offer services to the public as well as support to other City departments. Developing an efficient service delivery plan that coordinates the various support functions is the department's challenge.
