City of Spartanburg Procurement Division 

PPM is responsible for acquiring all supplies, goods, and services for the City of Spartanburg. The division also insures that all godds and services are processed with the standards set forth in the Procurement Policies and Procedures and State procurement law while enhancing the City's reputation for progressiveness, intergrity and fairness in the procurement process.
