Green Waste

The City collects residential Green Waste (yard waste and debris) twice a month. Commercial properties are not allowed to place green waste at the curbside for collection. See the sidebar for information about your collection day, and see the map below to locate your collection zone (click image to view larger size).

Curbside leaf collection has started! Leaf Piles should be separate from brush and limbs. Leaf Piles mixed with brush, limbs, and twigs cannot be collected together and will stay on the street much longer.

Please note: As we transition into leaf collection (which requires a majority of our allotted staff), we will do our best to provide twice monthly service, but the volume of leaves on the street and weather greatly influence that effort. Brush and limb piles will be collected on a rotation of approximately 4-5 weeks, so we ask for your patience and understanding as we take on collecting nearly 5 million lbs. of leaves throughout the City.

Leaf collection schedule, week of January 7, 2019
