Hangars

T-Hangars

  • 30 Type A, 26 Type B. All T-Hangars are 300 per month
  • Type A is 46 feet 2 inches wide at the door, 46 feet 2 inches high, and 39 feet 5 inches deep. (Will accommodate up to a Navajo)
  • Type B is 45 feet 1 inch wide at the door, 13 feet 11 inches high, and 37 feet 4 inches deep. (Will accommodate up to a C-310)

Hangar A

Hangar A is 100 feet wide and 130 feet deep, with a 34 feet wide by 76 feet deep section on the west side. The main door is 60 feet one-half inches wide and 20 feet high. There are man-sized access doors on the north, west, and south sides.

Hangar B

Hangar B is 140 feet wide and 125 feet 5 inches deep. The door is 90 feet wide and 20 feet high. There are man-sized access doors at all four corners.

Hangar D

Hangar D is 140 feet wide and 125 feet 5 inches deep. The opening is 90 feet wide and 20 feet high. There is no door. The width of the hangar is effectively limited to 90 feet due to support beams, though smaller aircraft can be placed between them.

Community Hangar Rate Schedule

Community Hangar monthly rates are based on wingspan as follows:

  • Small Aircraft (38 feet or less): $300 for A&B, $175 for D.
  • Medium Aircraft (39 feet - 45 feet): $415 for A&B, $275 for D.
  • Large Aircraft (46 feet and above) $575 for A&B, $425 for D.

Community Hangar Nightly Rates, Based on Wingspan

  • Small Aircraft: $55
  • Medium Aircraft: $110
  • Large Aircraft: $220

Tiedown Rates

Tiedown/overnight fee is $12 per night. This fee is capped at the monthly rate of $50 after four nights. The first night's fee is waived with the fuel purchase.
