Building Permitting Best Practices
• Print out the appropriate permit application from the list in the link below (printed permits are also available in the vestibule of our offices at 440 S Church St.). Alternately, permits will be made available and may be picked up in the unstaffed vestibule area of the Building Permits office.
After completing the application:
• Scan the application and send it to City staff by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax at 864-596-2833.
• Alternately, completed applications may be left in the dropbox at 440 S Church St.
• Approval notification will be emailed to applicant
• Applicant can then pay appropriate fees online by following the link below.
