Bob received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo, and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
After graduating from law school, Bob accepted a position as an Assistant Solicitor in the Spartanburg County Solicitor's Office where he served under Solicitor Holman Gossett and then Solicitor Trey Gowdy for 11 years.
Bob left the Solicitor's Office to accept the position of Assistant City Attorney for the City of Greenville where he worked for the next 10 years.
Bob was excited to return to Spartanburg as Spartanburg's City Attorney in December 2018.
Bob enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Jo, and their three school-aged children.
